Worksuite Platform

⚡️ Intro

After finishing the redesign of Worksuite website, the next step was to improve the Worksuite platform. When I joined the company the platform was for connecting users to tech vacancies using an AI algorithm, Worksuite Jobs.

Initially, the goal for the UX research was to only redesign the platform to fit our new style and improve the overal user experience for our Worksuite Jobs users. However, slightly unexpected, we started to work on our new product Worksuite Meets at the start of 2021. Worksuite Meets is a networking platform, to connect tech experts for 1:1 video calls based on their preferences, interests and profile. Therefore, gradually we shifted from only improving the user experience for Worksuite Jobs to completely redefining the product towards Worksuite Meets.

Below an overview of my work, ranging from the UX research to the various features that we launched for Worksuite Meets. I'll soon be adding my work on the profile, settings and referral pages.

January 2021 - current The UX research and the launch of Worksuite Meets started at the start of 2021. We work in a hybrid form, we work from home but also at the office.

Caroline Bixner Product Designer I continuously work on the Worksuite Meets platform. I have full responsibility over all different aspects from the process, ranging from: UX research, ideation, lo-fi and hi-fi designs, wireframing, prototyping and usability tests. I work closely together with our product manager, marketeer, data scientists and the engineering team.
