I'm a Product Designer passionate about providing a great user experience and kickstarting new projects. Oh, and I'm a super keen cook and skier.
✨ My strengths lie in working with multidisciplinary teams and having a structured and human centred approach to projects. I have a broad skill set due to my background with strategic projects in digital transformation and my skills in product design, design systems and web development. Additionally, I have experience working as a product owner and scrum master in agile teams. I love to continue to combine strategy and creativity.
My story
I began my journey to become a Product Designer, studying Public Administration and Organisation Sciences at the VU University in Amsterdam. Quickly discovering that I did not like this direction I changed my path and completed two business Masters. My first Masters focused on Strategy and change management. My second Masters program at the University of Sydney focused on Business Information Systems. It was here where I found my passion for the digital world and innovation. During this time I was first introduced to the agile project management, which is still my preferred way of working.
After University I started working at ABN AMRO in Digital Transformation. Yet, I felt like I was missing something so after three years I quit my job and started to learn coding at Le Wagon in Spain. During this time I fell in love with UX and product design. Now I work as Product Designer at Worksuite in Amsterdam. In this role, I have the full responsibility for our whole UX process, from UX research, to ideation, low and high fidelity designs, prototyping and testing. Additionally, I am the product owner for a part of our platform. Finally, on the side, I teach the product design days for the Le Wagon bootcamp in Amsterdam. I really enjoy helping out new students and kick-starting their projects. Finally, I teach and assist at global webinars from Le Wagon on product design and frontend development to get more people, especially women, excited and passionate about tech and product.

My reading list
Ever since I was young I always enjoyed reading. Nowadays I still love a good romance or thriller, but naturally I have updated my reading list with books related to product & design. Check out my reading list and if you have any recommendations, I am curious to hear.
